New iPhone 5S To Launch In June?

Apple's iPhone 5S may be launched in June of 2013 alongside another less pricey iPhone model made out of fiberglass and plastic, according to a new report from Apple Insider.
According to that report, a KGI Securities analyst by the name of Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that the iPhone 5S will leverage a number of next-generation Apple technologies, including a faster A7 system-on-chip (SoC), a "Smart Flash" that uses white or yellow LEDs to ensure high quality photos, and a fingerprint security chip sourced from Apple's acquisition of the company AuthenTec.

The Apple Insider report went on further to say that iPhone 5S will make use of the same thin aluminum chassis seen on the iPhone 5, but may include a slightly larger 1600mAh battery.

Meanwhile, tech site Technology and Gadgets previously reported a similar claim that appears to jive and support that of Apple Insider's new report, making this new rumor for the purported iPhone 5S more on the concrete side and more believable than ever. You may also want to read that site's interesting report on the possible features and specs of the iPhone 5S here.

Furthermore, I've previously reported here on Technorati and you may have read it here first about the possible release of the iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 in the year 2013.

However, let's not forget that the iPhone 5 was just released in September last year and all these reports for this purported device may or may not come true.
Are all the talks surrounding the next version of the iPhone too early and too soon to create such a big buzz at this time of the year?
Let's remember that Apple don't usually outs their new iPhone model until the 3rd quarter of every year, but this time may be a different strategy for the company due to the increasing competition with rival Samsung which I also reported here on Technorati to announce their next-generation Samsung Galaxy S IV in March 14, who knows?
